We use the Trustindex to collect, centralize, and display these reviews on our website.

Reviews can also be collected directly through the review collection tools provided by Trustindex. These reviews are voluntarily submitted by customers who have had an experience with one of our agencies.

The posted reviews may therefore come from:

• Google reviews posted on our agencies' listings;
• reviews collected directly through Trustindex

Update on Notices

The reviews posted on our site are automatically synced via Trustindex.

Synchronization is typically performed every 24 hours to ensure that the information displayed is as up-to-date as possible.

However, there may be a slight delay between the publication of a notice and its appearance on our website due to technical processing times on the various platforms.

Review Verification

Reviews from Google are subject to the monitoring, moderation, and verification systems implemented by Google.

Reviews collected directly through Trustindex are submitted voluntarily by users via the collection forms provided for that purpose.

Although we do everything we can to ensure the authenticity of the reviews posted, we are unable to independently verify the true identity of each author.

Any review that is suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or clearly inconsistent with an actual customer experience may be subject to verification and, if necessary, reported or removed in accordance with applicable rules.

Moderation

Agence de l’Or does not alter the content of genuine reviews left by its customers.

However, comments containing the following statements:

• abusive;
• defamatory;
• discriminatory;
• threatening;
• fraudulent;
• contrary to applicable law;

can be reported to the relevant platform or removed if they were collected directly through Trustindex.

Right of Reply

Agence de l’Or reserves the right to respond publicly to reviews posted by customers in order to provide clarifications, thank the authors, or address any complaints.
